The unique slow wood drying process

We produce the parquet boards only in the Factory in Estonia, starting from drying the wood to ensuring superb quality. First, we dry wood ourselves, using only green energy. Compared to the two weeks drying process, which is standard in the industry, we dry wood for about 45 days. Slow drying makes considerably less stress on the wood, making floors more stable.

Murcialva wood board- Precise milling

The bottom layer of Murcialva is made from birch veneer, which is humidity resistant and adds stability to the board. Uniform moisture level in all parquet layers guarantees steady board condition and behaviour. In addition, the birch veneer at the bottom of the three-layer construction ideally balances the hardwood species on the top layer.

Profiling Accuracy

Our factory is equipped with the latest technically advanced machinery that increases boards profiling accuracy to 0.05 mm.

Superior quality control

We manually check the quality of every produced board before packaging.
